This document provides an overview of practical experiences of identifying and diagnosing social norms to inform program design and measurement. The purpose of this overview is to document, categorize, and differentiate approaches applied to date to inform a learning agenda to advance work related to the practical diagnosis of social norms. Please note that this is was a working paper to contribute to a technical consultation in 2016.
