Eastern Africa Learning Collaborative Endline Evaluation Report

Co-hosts of the Eastern Africa Social and Gender Norms Learning Collaborative (EALC), CARE International in Uganda and Makerere University School of Women and Gender Studies (SWGS), conducted an endline study in to assess outcomes of the EALC over the last 17 months (April 2020-September 2021).
The EALC seeks to build a network of practitioners, researchers, advocates and evaluators that supports social and gender norms programming, validation, strengthens expertise at implementation level, informs policy and influences development outcomes.
