Addressing Gender Dynamics and Engaging Men in HIV Programs. Lessons Learnt from Horizons Research

This article reviews over 10 studies from around the world which were conducted as part of the Horizons programme. These studies have contributed to a deeper understanding of the relationship between gender roles and men's behaviours, whilst developing useful measurement tools for gender norms, and designing and evaluating the impact of gender-focused programme strategies.
