Cet article explore la superposition des termes féminisme et genre dans le cadre des politiques publiques globales et nationales (France, Mexique, Chine), leurs contradictions internes entre égalitarisme et dispositifs propres aux femmes, les résistances à l’intégration du genre, et enfin l’inefficacité des normes de genre sur les champs de travail.

This article explores the superposition of the terms feminism and gender in the context of global and national public policies (in France, Mexico and China), their internal contradictions between equality and women-focused initiatives, resistance to the integration of gender, and the inefficiency of gender norms in the field of work.
